- Profile picture: if you choose to upload one.
- Sign-in information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
- Biometric sign-in: if you enable biometric sign-in, your device's biometric sensor verifies your identity locally on your device. We never receive or store your fingerprint, face, or other biometric data — only a device-specific security token is stored on our servers.
- Usage information: videos you watch, feedback and testimonials you submit, and general app usage activity.
- Device information: basic device identifiers used to support sign-in and push notifications.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To provide and improve the App's features and content.
- To send account-related communications, such as email verification and password reset messages, and OTP codes for phone sign-in.
- To respond to feedback you submit.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service providers to operate the App. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function:
- Cloudinary — stores and serves uploaded images (such as profile pictures).
- Brevo — sends transactional emails (verification, password reset).
- Sinch and Alibaba Cloud — deliver SMS OTP codes for phone sign-in.
- Google Sign-In — provides optional account sign-in.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from
unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion
of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 13.
