Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your ACNS Webinars account and what happens to your data when you do.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to acnswebinars@gmail.com from the email address or phone number registered on your ACNS Webinars account.
2. Use the subject line "Delete My Account".
3. Include the email address or phone number linked to your account so we can locate it.

We will verify your request and delete your account within 7 business days, and send you a confirmation email once it's complete.

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile information: name, email address, phone number, password, and profile picture.
• Your Google Sign-In and biometric sign-in credentials.
• Your active sign-in sessions and tokens.

What May Be Retained

• Feedback or testimonials you submitted may be retained in an anonymized form, no longer linked to your identity, for record-keeping purposes.
• Information we are required to keep to comply with applicable law.
• Residual copies in system backups, which are automatically purged within 30 days.
